At Creative Acrylic, we leverage our industry-leading flatbed CNC technology to process orders with remarkable efficiency, allowing us to achieve faster cutting speeds while maintaining superior finish quality. This advanced machinery empowers us to handle sheet sizes up to 3130mm x 1550mm and material thicknesses ranging from as thin as 0.25mm to a robust 30mm, depending on the specific material and availability. With this flexibility, we can accommodate a wide range of project specifications, from delicate and intricate designs to large-scale industrial applications.

Our in-house CAD drawing capabilities ensure that we generate accurate and highly detailed files, while our state-of-the-art CAM software guarantees precision in programming and cutting. We can seamlessly integrate client-supplied files in most standard drawing formats, offering convenience and flexibility to our customers. Additionally, our nesting software maximizes material usage by optimizing sheet layouts, minimizing waste, and enhancing cost efficiency for production runs.

Our CNC machinery is equipped to deliver a broad variety of finishes to suit different project needs, including general cutting and trimming, drilling, rebating, V-grooving, engraving, and bevelled or radiused edges. With 14 tools and 12 drill bits at our disposal, we are capable of providing diverse cut styles without experiencing any downtime for tool changes. This allows us to complete projects faster and more efficiently, all while ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and precision.
